Started with a simple question

Fourteen years ago, our founder was helping his parents renovate their family home. The contractors they hired followed a standard playbook. Everything looked fine on paper, but nothing felt right in practice.

The new kitchen layout looked great but made cooking awkward. The bathroom remodel used trendy tiles that dated within two years. The budget ballooned because nobody asked the right questions upfront.
